Pickup in Greenpoint at 9:30 am

Guided Meditation & Discussion

Sandwiches provided,

but bring a favorite childhood lunch item for fun.

2:00 PM

Outdoor adventure, exploration, & play

5:00 pm

Farm to table dinner with Amy accompanied with a wine pairing
