Policies & Fees

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Whether it's the weather, a change of heart, or unexpected circumstances, we have trip policies and fees in place. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them.

Cancellation fees will be applied per guest according to the following schedule, based on the date we receive your written notification:

  • Cancellations initiated by the participant and received via email to Treetop Journeys with more than 30 days' notice before the experience start date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations initiated by the camper and received via email to Treetop Journeys with less than 14 days' notice before the experience start date will forfeit 25% of the ticket value.

  • Cancellations initiated by the participant and received in writing to Treetop Journeys with less than 7 days' notice before the adventure start date will forfeit 50% of the ticket value.

  • Cancellations initiated by the participant and received in writing to Treetop Journeys with less than 3 days' notice before the adventure start date will forfeit 100% of the ticket value.

If there is an extreme weather event or anything that would make your trip unpleasant or unsafe, we will reschedule. If you can’t attend the rescheduled date or another available date, we will refund 100% of your ticket price.
